School of Seven Bells‘ third album Ghostory was released this past March, and the record brought much change. Alejandra Deheza’s sister Claudia departed the band, leaving just Alejandra and multi-intrumentalist Benjamin Curtis left. The duo has been touring all year, and to kick off their next leg, which comes to Black Cat tonight, the band released a special EP, Put Your Sad Down. Today’s song of the day, “Secret Days,” is from that effort. Deheza’s breathy layered vocals glide atop the bouncy track making one hell of a head nodder.
