We’re taking the day to spend some much-needed DCist family time. But when we return tomorrow, we’ll regale you with all the things that made 2012 so very madcap, outlandish, absurd and damn nigh apocalyptic. (If, you know, you believe that in sort of thing.)
In the mean time, enjoy Christmas, and whether you’re tearing into presents or just enjoying the holiday, DCist hopes its a warm and restful one. [Editor’s note: Though not so restful that there is no good content come Wednesday.]
So, today, we offer you this simple Christmas greeting. Everyone loves A Charlie Brown Christmas, the television special that has aired perennially since its 1965 debut. And while we mean no disrespect to Vince Gauraldi, this year, might we suggest a twist?
Make it a Bad Brains Christmas, D.C.
