Sludge metal duo Jucifer released their last record Throned in Blood in 2010, and are currently working on a follow-up record. Before that drops, the band is bringing their intense bone rattling sound to the Black Cat tomorrow night. Today’s Song of the Day, “Contempt,” is a loud fist-pumper helmed by Amber Valentine’s bloodcurdling growl and drummer Ed Livengood’s heavy drum backbone.
