>> A D.C. police officer has been charged with allegedly sexually abusing a young girl in his church choir, reports the Post. Wendel Palmer pleaded not guilty to the allegations; prosecutors said that the abuse took place between 2004 and 2006, when the girl was between the ages of 11 and 13, but was only reported last March. In 2004 Palmer, who joined the force in 1990, was suspended for conduct unbecoming of an officer after taking a woman who complained about a domestic dispute out to a restaurant.
>> Virginia officials fighting for the new FBI headquarters have identified six sites that they say would be perfect for the law enforcement agency, writes the Examiner. The proposed sites are located throughout Northern Virginia, in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Stafford counties. Rep. Jim Moran (D-Va.) organized the meeting to ensure that competing Virginia proposals don’t force the FBI to pick Prince George’s or Montgomery County in Maryland, both of which are in the running but have not yet identified possible sites for the new HQ.
>> The Chandra Levy case is over, right? Think again. NBC4 reports that prosecutors have presented a judge with new information that may taint the testimony of one of their primary witnesses. Ingmar Guandique was sentenced for Levy’s killing, and is currently serving a 60-year term in prison. Sources report that the new information relates to the man who testified that Guandique told him he was behind the killing. Another meeting at D.C. Superior Court will take place next month.

This Day in DCist: On this day in 2012, D.C.’s taxi regulator took on Uber and we were treated to a graphic anti-abortion ad during the Super Bowl. In 2011, Davy DCist wasn’t fond of your snow-related tweets. Not at all.
