Most views of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge—as seen through your car’s windshield—offer nothing but yards and miles of gridlocked traffic, crawling across the Potomac at depressingly low speeds. For a change, the photographer known only as Biketripper Bill took a shot of the bridge’s underbelly, with the twin interstate spans crossing over massive concrete supports. (EXIF)
