Jessie Ware made a huge splash last year with one of the best records of the year Devotion. Stepping out from behind the shadow of producers like SBTRKT and Joker, Ware brought her cool rhythm and blues style heralding a second coming of Sade and Quiet Storm. Tonight marks the singer’s first D.C. appearance as she headlines the 9:30 Club in support of the U.S. release of her EP If You’re Never Gonna Move. Today’s song of the day, “Sweet Talk,” is a highlight from both the EP and her forthcoming album, which is set for a North American release later this year. The incredibly catchy downtempo track is a perfect wine sipping song made for cool lounges at 3 a.m. The video is also super cute!
