A five-bedroom, six-bath, 10,000-square-foot home in the Northwest neighborhood of Kent has been put on the market for $19.5 million, making it the most expensive listing in D.C. right now, writes Urban Turf.

The house, built in 1995, is located on University Terrace NW on 6.2 acres of land, and features “a beautiful pool, terraces, extraordinary gardens and secret paths.” If you opted to buy—this is “Boomtown,” after all—you’d be on the hook for a $70,000 monthly mortgage payment and $120,000 in annual property taxes.

Alternatively, you could spend a tenth of the price and get that awesome penthouse apartment with the Velvet Room that we wrote about last week. Your call, really.
