OYSTERS: Tel’Veh Café & Wine Bar launches a new series of Oyster classes this evening, which will be held on the first Monday of every month. For each event, participants will enjoy eight different varieties of raw oysters, followed by two cooked oyster dishes and an oyster shooter. The meal also includes a glass of Domain Chandon Brut and a glass of Melon de Bourgogne. This evening’s session will be led by Dan Beck of Northwest Shellfish Co. from Olympia, Washington.
