Chalk this up to the best Valentine’s Day-themed public service announcement yet.

Queen Anne’s County Sheriff Gary Hofmann is especially lonely today, and he wants to spend this special day with some of the county’s most wanted fugitives. To that end, he taped a special version of Queen Anne’s County Most Wanted—a weekly online video featuring county fugitives—asking for tips on the whereabouts of a number of female fugitives. To mark the occasion, Hoffmann is taking things a step further—he’s offering a dozen roses and a Valentine’s Day card to tipsters that provide information leading to an arrest. (He also did this last year.)

“I’d really like to have Valentine’s Day with these special valentines, and remember, tips on these valentines are just between you and me,” he says in the video, which even features smooth jazz playing in the background.
