The weather is projected to begin as rain this evening before transitioning to snow by midnight. Remember, the snow will be wet and heavy, perfect for packing into snowballs to launch at anyone who calls this storm by a certain nickname.

The average monthly benefit is scheduled to drop from $300 to $230 on April 1, but the head of the Department of Human Services tells The Washington Examiner that the city has the money to keep welfare grants at current levels.
