BIKES: Throw on your best green gear and hit the streets with DC Bike Party for a St. Patrick’s Day bike ride tonight. The ride will weave it’s way from Dupont Circle, through downtown and Chinatown, to end up at Wonderland Ballroom in Columbia Heights. 7:30 p.m. Free.

BALLET & BEER: The Washington Ballet’s beerballetandbubbly event tonight is a chance to watch the dancers rehearse for their upcoming production of Cinderella. Afterward, toast their art and abilities at a reception featuring Star Hill beers and Barefoot Bubbly. BEER: Pizza Paradiso’s Georgetown location (3282 M Street NW) is hosting a Smoke Beer Tasting this evening, serving up “12 of the world’s most complex Smoke Beers all available on draft.” No reservations needed, beers priced individually. 5:00-7:00 p.m.

FILM: The DC Environmental Film Festival is celebrating its 21st year and has lined up films in the area for the next two weeks.
