BEER: The Brewers Association’s Craft Brewers Conference for 2013 is in D.C. this week, and bars and restaurants across the city are celebrating with tastings and beer events. Head to the DC Beer website for some extensive coverage, including an impressive lineup for tonight. Two options tonight include:

>> “Veg Out” at Granville Moore’s (1238 H Street NE) this evening, with three vegetarian dishes paired with Ommegang ales. The menu includes: BBQ jackfruit sliders paired with Ommegang Three Philosophers, curried croquettes paired with Ommegang Witte, and Old Bay “shrimp” cocktail paired with Ommegang Hennepin. 5:00 p.m.

>> The Big Board (421 H Street NE) is preparing a Non-Kosher Seder Dinner tonight, stuffing matzah balls with pork and lobster, marinating pork belly in Manischewitz, and dishing out salmon gefilte fish with roasted salmon collar. Welcome beer at 6:30 p.m., dinner 7:15 p.m. $65.

WAFFLES: Celebrate National Waffle Day at Belga Cafe (514 8th Street SE) today and tonight. Stop by to enjoy “the delicious world of waffles” through samplings.

MUSIC: Dillon Francis and Oliver play the 9:30 Club (815 V Street NW) tonight. 9:00 p.m. $20.
