>> Federal government employees are starting to experience their sequestration-mandated furloughs, but according to The Washington Post’s Federal Diary column, no two furloughs are the same. Some departments allow workers to take their forced unpaid leave in half-day chunks, instead of whole days, while others permit their employees to spread the lost wages across multiple paychecks.
