Swedish band Goat are making a special appearance at the Black Cat tonight. While the band is made up of an ever-shifting membership of musicians from their small town, it created one of 2012’s most captivating albums in World Music. Check out what all the fuss is about! Seattle’s Shabazz Palaces is a mysterious rap duo led by former Digable Plantes member Ishmael Butler, now known as Palaceer Lazaro. 2011’s Black Up was one of the most exciting rap albums of the year and created a lot of buzz for the band. They are stopping by the Black Cat tonight with firedns and collaborator’s THEESatisfaction. $15, 9:00 p.m.
