Seven LGBTQ storytellers will tell “seven-minute true, personal stories about their love relationships.” A panel of judges will choose the best story and present the winner with a $100 cash prize. 8 p.m. $12.
OUTDOOR MOVIE: The NoMa Summer Screen outdoor movie series continues at Loree Grand Field (Second and L Streets NE) tonight with more outlaw heros. Cheer on rodents of unusual size, Inigo Montoya, and Wesley with a screening of The Princess Bride. Food trucks gather at 7 p.m., the movie starts when it gets dark. Free. FOOD & DRINK: Art & Soul (415 New Jersey Avenue, NW) is roasting up Pigs & Oysters tonight and every Wednesday through August 28 out on its patio. Enjoy a snack board of pork rinds, pimento cheese, and butter crackers followed by Roast Heritage Pig and Rappahannock Oysters, and finished off with dessert.
