The Fourth of July is an opportunity for, not only humans, but their four-legged friends to show off their love for America. (And to be afraid of the loud fireworks said humans set off in celebration of the country.) Patriotic pooches were on full display at the Fourth of July parade held yesterday along Barracks Row in Capitol Hill. To honor the freedom to dress up dogs anyway an owner sees fit, here’s a selection of dogs decked out in red, white, and blue.
