Animal control officers in Fairfax County are on the look out for a bull that is reportedly on the loose. In what may be unrelated news, another resident is missing their cow.

As WJLA first reported, a resident of Fairfax County called police today around 12:17 p.m. to a report seeing what they believed was a loose bull in Springfield. A Fairfax County Police Department spokesman said animal control officers searched for the animal, but did not find anything. Units are still looking, the officer said.

Police later got a separate call from a resident reporting a missing cow. A description of the animal was not available.

So either one bull is on the loose, two are on the lam, or this entire story is bull … you get the idea.
