Still upset that you didn’t make the trip to York, Pa. in February to watch Jeff Mangum howl beautifully into a microphone for over an hour? Here’s your chance at redemption.
Neutral Milk Hotel, the seminal indie rock band who announced a much-awaited reunion tour earlier this year, will stop in D.C. on January 31 to play DAR Constitution Hall. Tickets, which cost $36 a pop before taxes and other fees, go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. Prepare your clicking finger to do battle, as DAR has just 3,700 seats.
Unfortunately, if you don’t get tickets to the D.C. show, you’re out of luck locally. The band’s October stops at Baltimore’s 2640 Space at St. John’s Church and Richmond’s The National are already sold out.
