Randy Newman and Rosanne Cash are among the artists scheduled to perform at the Library of Congress as part of its free concert series.

Newman will kick off the 2013-2014 season on October 5 at the Coolidge Auditorium (where he will hopefully play “Political Science“), while Cash will play a three-day residency in December. Opera and Broadway singer Audra McDonald will sing selections from the “Library’s American musical theater collections” on October 10.

A full list of performances can be seen here. Tickets will be available beginning September 4 on Ticketmaster.

Correction: This post originally misspelled Rosanne Cash’s name.
