Dupont Circle’s Eola, a restaurant known for its bacon (oh, the bacon!) and offal-focused tasting menu, will close at the end of August.

Washingtonian’s Todd Kilman was the first to report the news. Eola’s chef and owner Daniel Singhofen made it official on the restaurant’s website.

Regretfully, Eola’s last service will be August 31. The past four years have been an incredible ride and I’m proud of what we have accomplished. I would like to extend my gratitude to my staff both past and present. Without their hard work and dedication, Eola would not have existed. I would also like to thank our guests of the past four years for their support.

Reservations on Open Table for Eola’s final service are still available. Get them while you can.
