Over the weekend came the alarming news that an eight-month-old infant from D.C. was missing, and had not been since September 1. Happily, Jh’Mere Narjae Holloway was found in good condition Sunday. Now a 21-year-old woman has been charged with his kidnapping.

Jessica Walls of Bowie, Md. was arrested Sunday and charged with kidnapping, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. The baby’s father told NBC4 he had spoken with Walls, who said she would return Holloway that day. A source told the TV station Walls was a babysitter for Holloway.
