Tomorrow in Washington, D.C., temperatures are expected to climb to 97 degrees, meaning it could be one of the hottest days of the year thus far. But hey, let’s talk about Christmas trees!
The results of the National Christmas Tree Association’s National Christmas Tree Contest are in, and a Blue Spruce from New Jersey has been selected to be the official White House Christmas tree. The runner-up tree, a True Fir from Whitetop, Va. (represent!), will go to Vice President Joe Biden.
Meanwhile, it will also be super humid tomorrow making the temperature feel closer to 100 degrees in the afternoon. Crank up your air conditioning, throw on a scarf and think of December.
