Five beers will be paired with five dishes, including chicharrones and beer nuts paired with Allagash White; scallop schnitzel, fennel, grapefruit, trout roe paired with Hugh Malone; pumpernickel pasta, lamb pastrami, apples, mustard paired with Golden Brett; house made sausage, braised pork shank, sauerkraut, potato latke paired with 2012 Interlude; and sweet potato cheesecake, bourbon marshmallow fluff, walnut cinnamon brittle paired with 2013 Fluxus. 7 p.m. $65.

COMEDY: Comedy Bang! Bang! Live! combines standup, podcasting, improv games, and more at the 9:30 Club (815 V Street NW) tonight. Host Scott Aukerman will welcome to the stage Paul F. Tompkins, The Birthday Boys, and other special guests. 10 p.m. $25.
