Steve Marion, also known as the multi-instrumentalist Delicate Steve, makes bouncy spaced out rock music. After two albums as Delicate Steve, Marion teamed up with Christian Peslak, who also plays guitar in Delicate Steve, to form Saint Rich. The New Jersey duo make soul-inspired power-pop, driven by powerful melodies and Marion and Peslak’s precise musicianship. Saint Rich owes less to the Dirty Projectors than Delicate Steve, and are reminiscent of legends like Big Star and Ted Leo + Pharmacists.
