After the sequestration and the federal government shutdown, most people are none too happy with our current government. Aw hell, who are we kidding? When have people ever been happy with our government? Unfortunately, D.C. bears the burden of housing our government, which, many times, gives a false impression of This Town. As such, one person really wants to permanently remind the world that Washington is a town full of criminals (the federal kind) with a White House petition to change the “D.C.” in “Washington, D.C.” from meaning “District of Columbia” to “District of Criminals.” The petition needs 100,000 signatures by December 12 and currently has one. Good luck with that.
