The Metropolitan Police Department has a released a video showing two suspects who allegedly robbed a Salvation Army center in Southeast D.C. of more than $10,000 in donations.

The center is located on the 2300 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue SE, and the crime occurred on Sunday between 1:30 and 5:30 am. The subjects were captured by the building’s surveillance cameras taking money collected through the Red Kettle program.

“These were funds donated by the community to help locally struggling families who reside in Southeast D.C.,” Maj. Lewis Reckline, Commander of The Salvation Army National Capital Area Command, said in a statement.
