Under the leadership of former DCist staff members Heather Goss, James Calder, and Meaghan Gay, the newly independent photography showcase kicks off its 2014 contest tonight with a launch party at Bluejacket Brewery (300 Tingey Street SE). Come out to learn how to submit your photos, chat with former winners, and make new photographer friends. 6-8 p.m.
