Rob Ford—Toronto’s formerly drug-abusing, alcoholic mayor—is coming to D.C.

Our airwaves, that is. CBS DC announced today that the mayor of Toronto will be joining 106.7 The Fan’s Sports Junkies radio show once a week “to talk sports and give his NFL picks.”

It’s no secret that Ford is an avid football fan, especially given his interesting choice of tie worn for the press conference he held to publicly announce that he smoked crack. While the joke of Ford joining a radio talk show short-named The Junkies practically writes itself, let us remind you that no, Marion Barry does not appreciate your crack jokes.

While Ford on the Sports Junkies is sure to be entertaining, I think his talents would be better suited on the football field. Don’t you agree?
