Metro is trying to identify a man who allegedly kidnapped a Metro rider at gunpoint then forced him to withdraw funds from ATMs.

The incident happened Friday at the Naylor Road Metro station at approximately 9:45 p.m. From a release:

The victim, an adult male, was taken by train from Naylor Road Metrorail Station to Waterfront Metrorail Station where he was forced to withdraw funds from several ATMs. The suspect then returned to Naylor Road Station and made good his escape. The victim was not injured during the offense.
