The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 16-year-old girl.

Tiara Small was last seen in the 1900 block of Savannah Terrace SE, on New Year’s Day. From MPD:

Miss Small is described as a 16-year-old black female, 4’11” tall, 185 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and dark complexion. She was last seen wearing a white shirt with black lettering, white pants, an Army green jacket, and gray Nike Air Jordan sneakers
