Gruden has been the Offensive Coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals since 2011, and before that served as the head coach and offensive coordinator of the Florida Tuskers, a United Football Team league (the Florida Tuskers moved to Virginia and became the Virginia Destroyers after Gruden left for Cincinnati).
The team is expected to hold a press conference later this afternoon to introduce Gruden as their head coach, as well as announced the hirings of a new Defensive and Offensive Coordinator.
