ART: The Phillips Collection (1600 21st Street NW) is hosting an intimate discussion with famed performance artist Catherine Sullivan, who is known for staging elaborate filmed and live performances that incorporate historical references to address societal structures. She’ll be joined by Klaus Ottmann, the Phillips Collection’s Director of the Center for the Study of Modern Art and Curator at Large.
