FILM: The 3rd Annual ReelAbilities: Greater DC Disabilities Film Festival begins tonight and continues through February 13. The festival is “dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of the lives, stories and artistic expressions of people with different disabilities.” Opening night will feature a screening of Come As You Are at Spectrum Theatre (1611 N. PANEL DISCUSSION: A panel including energy reporter and author Steven Mufson, filmmaker David Dufresne, and artists Franke James and Mia Feuer come together for “Artists on the Line: A Conversation about Art, Activism, and the Keystone XL Pipeline” at the Corcoran (500 Seventeenth Street NW) this evening. 7 p.m. $5-$10.

MUSIC: Lowland Hum, husband and wife folk artists from North Carolina, play the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage (2700 F Street NW) this evening. 6 p.m. Free.

COMEDY: The After Class comedy show brings local comedians to the Science Club (1136 19th Street NW) this evening. 8:30 – 10:30 p.m. Free.
