No, this isn’t a dream. It actually snowed. Between five and 15 inches fell across with the region, with 11 inches measured at American University in Northwest D.C. And while the snow may be causing major headaches for people who depend on buses or really wanted to go to the National Zoo today, it did provide for some lovely photos.
