Last week, a benefit concert for Windian Records founder/The Points drummer Travis Jackson—who was killed in a traffic accident last month—had to be canceled due to the big snowstorm that hit the D.C. area. Organizers promised that the show would be rescheduled and now it has a date: March 20th at Black Cat’s backstage.

The lineup hasn’t changed—garage-punk bands End Crimes and Thee Lolitas are still playing, while DJ’s Baby Alcatraz, Mad Squirrel, and Collin will be spinning. All the proceeds and donations from the show are going to the Travis Jackson Memorial Fund, which will go to help his wife and son (the fund has already raised nearly $38,000 so far). Windian Records co-owner Eric Brady tells DCist that the show was set up by Sean Hissey, a friend of Jackson and his family, and that more shows in other cities are currently in the works.

Tickets for the show are $10 and go on sale tomorrow.
