COMEDY: The March Madness of Comedy, a month-long competition that begins with 48 comics and ends with one winner, kicks off tonight, after being delayed by the snow on Monday. Come out to The Barking Dog (4723 Elm Street Bethesda, Md.) to see 16 comics deliver jokes in an effort to gain enough audience votes to move on to the next round. 8:30 p.m. Free.
