ART PARTY: At the Corcoran’s (500 Seventeenth Street NW) I Love Spring Break event tonight take part in a variety of Spring Break traditions, including getting a tattoo (a henna tattoo, that is), nonconforming (“hear about artists who bent the rules”), and going to the beach (via the Corcoran’s collection). There will also be beer and shots. 5-9 p.m. Tickets: $8-$12.
MARCH MADNESS: City Tap House (901 9th Street NW) is hosting a March Madness bracket party this evening, where you can fill out and turn in a bracket for a chance to win prizes. There will also be two casks on hand: Sly Fox Brewing Company’s Odyssey Imperial IPA and Route 113 IPA. Those who do fill out brackets will be given a “Bracketology Beer Club Card, which entitles them to a complimentary happy hour brew for each day of the tournament.” 5 p.m.-midnight.
FLAMENCO: Estrella Morente, the “angel of flamenco,” performs at the Music Center at Strathmore (5301 Tuckerman Lane, North Bethesda, Md.) this evening. 8 p.m. $29-$60.
