As the Post reported last week, the election of D.C.’s next mayor could be in the hands of the city’s “young newcomers.” If only they’d pay attention.

Now, popular Columbia Heights restaurant/former 24-hour joint The Coupe—which was the focus of the Post’s article—is trying to get their young, new clientele interested in this year’s election. How? By launching a completely unofficial straw poll in which customers vote for their mayoral candidate by ordering a unique cocktail, a release states.

Think Gray’s been doing a good job and should be reelected? Order a “French Bikini.” Or maybe you’ve been digging what Muriel Bowser’s been saying about campaign finance reform? Then order a “Harvard.”

Beginning today at 5 p.m. until the “poll” closes at midnight on Tuesday, April 1, customers can order their top mayoral candidate in drink form to “cast their vote.” Throughout the week, The Coupe has invited each candidate to set up campaign materials on display at the restaurant. “We see one of the main roles of The Coupe to be a community gathering place, a place for our guests to engage with not only our restaurant community but with the DC community at large”, Maxwell Hessman, General Manager of The Coupe, says in a release. “There’s been a lot of talk about many DC residents not being engaged or informed about local politics during this primary election; we see this as our opportunity to help get some information out to voters and also have some fun with it.”

Take a look at the cocktails, er, candidates below (Note: the poll includes Christian Carter, who officially dropped out of the race):
