Surveillance footage that shows missing eight-year-old Relisha Rudd and the man believed to be with her, 51-year-old Kahlil Tatum, was released yesterday by the FBI.

The footage was recorded on February 26 at the Holiday Inn Express on Bladensburg Road NE, according to officials.

The video shows Tatum and Rudd walking down a hallway in the hotel. Rudd is wearing a pair of pink boots and a purple Helly Hansen brand jacket with white stripes. The public is being asked to view the video and to contact law enforcement if they have seen either individual.

The FBI is offering a $25,000 reward for information that leads to the return of Rudd. Prince George’s County is also offering $25,000 for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of Tatum, who has been charged with murdering his wife.
