Add this to the list of rankings D.C. tops: TV binge-watching.

According to a new online survey conducted by Harris Poll on behalf of Comcast, D.C. leads the nation, along with San Francisco, Calif. and Dallas, Texas, in TV binge-watching, with 88 percent of local adults saying they binge-watch TV. (Though Comcast’s definition of binge watching as watching two or more episodes in one sitting is debatable).

The study also revealed that 66 percent of Washingtonians prefer to binge-watch episodes from current seasons rather than past seasons. But here’s some more depressing stats about D.C.’s binge-watching habits the study found: 53 percent of local binge watchers have neglected something while binge watching; and 75 percent said they they would rather over-serve themselves on TV than their favorite foods.

And if you’re wondering what Washingtonian’s favorite show to binge watch is, it’s Game of Thrones. Here’s the rest of the top eight shows D.C. residents love to binge watch:

1. Game of Thrones

2. Sleepy Hollow

3. The Black List

4. True Detective

5. Scandal

6. The Walking Dead

7. Being Mary Jane

8. Homeland

Take a look at more binge-watching stats here, and then go outside and play because no one should sit in front of a TV and watch for hours on end.
