At least two people have been transported to a nearby hospital after a taxicab crashed into an office building in downtown D.C. this morning.
According to a Metropolitan Police Department public information officer, the vehicle crashed into a building at 13th and H Street NW at approximately 11:27 a.m., sending two people to the hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries. Although police would not confirm if the vehicle was a taxicab or not, eye witness photos clearly show that the vehicle appears to be a Diamond Cab involved in the accident.
