NAUGHTY TARDIS: A Doctor Who Burlesque show comes to the Black Cat (1811 14th Street NW). “Boobies In The TARDIS,” presented by Hotsy Totsy Burlesque, will be preceded by a screening of an episode of the show at 7:30 p.m. 9:15 p.m. show (8:45 p.m. doors) and 11:30 p.m. show (11 p.m. doors). Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 day of.

DAMAGED CITY FEST The second annual hardcore fest hits St. Stephen’s Church (1525 Newton Street NW) this weekend and the lineup is, well, pretty great. Although pre-sale tickets for the main shows tonight and tomorrow are sold out, there will be a limited number of tickets available at the door. So that’s your only chance to catch Government Issue, Rival Mob, Pure Disgust, Priests, Infest, Culo, Post Teens, Vile Faith and dozens of your other favorite hardcore bands. Can’t get in? SATURDAY

FLASH MOB: Improv Everywhere plans to host an Mp3 experiment on the National Mall between 4th and 7th streets SW at 3 p.m. This means that hundreds of people wearing headphones will be walking around, doing weird stuff while people watch. Instructions are here.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERS: Ask Roulette, where anyone can ask any question in front of an audience, returns to Politics & Prose (5015 Connecticut Avenue NW). The event’s special guests are The Post’s Clinton Yates, NPR’s Tamara Keith and Slate and CBS’s John Dickerson. 6 p.m. Free.

THE END: The Cherry Blossom Festival will end with a parade featuring Aaron Carter, Jay Sean, and American Idol‘s Candice Glover. “Giant colorful helium balloons, elaborate floats, fourteen marching bands from across the country, and performers burst down Constitution Avenue in a grand spectacle of music and showmanship seen only once a year during the Festival.” 10 a.m. to noon between 7th and 17th streets NW.

3-2-1: Celebrate spaceflight at Countdown to Yuri’s Night, which will feature an “art exhibition, a space-themed burlesque show, band performances, and a dance party.” This year’s event will take place at the Anacostia Arts Center (1231 Good Hope Road SE), with free shuttles running from the Eastern Market and Anacostia Metro stations. 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tickets $12 to $25.

SUNDAY

CRAFTY: The Smithsonian Craft Show concludes on Sunday at the National Building Museum (401 F Street NW). The event features the “sale of one-of-a-kind or limited edition works in 12 different media, from furniture and ceramics to glass and wearable art.” The final day will also feature a 2 p.m. talk with designer David Mitchell. 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. $15.

JAZZ: Percussionist Adam Rudolph helped pioneer what came to be known as “world music.” He has performed across the globe with a number of equally groundbreaking artists, and will be leading his band, Moving Pictures, on Sunday at Bohemian Caverns. 7 and 8:30 p.m sets. CUPCAKE WALK: The Dumbarton House (2715 Q Street NW) will host a walking tour of Georgetown that features (wait for it) cupcakes. “The tour will begin at Dumbarton House and make stops at three cupcake shops in Georgetown: Baked & Wired, Sprinkles, and Georgetown Cupcake. The ticket price includes one cupcake from each shop.” $20.
