COCKTAILS: Art on the Rocks returns. Seven Virginia mixologists compete to create the most creative cocktail inspired by a piece of artwork from The Art League’s April Pop Art exhibits. The Art League (105 N Union Street, Alexandria, Va.) 7-10 p.m. $35

CHARITY: Dress up, play games, drink beer, eat candy, win prizes, raise money! Parkinson’s Awareness Month is coming to a close, and Team Fox YPDC is hosting a Michael J. Fox Foundation fundraiser at Thomas Foolery (2029 P Street NW). There will be prizes for best Michael J. Fox-themed costume and raffle ($5 per ticket) prizes, including bottles of Green Hat Gin, restaurants gift certificates, and more. All tips will be donated to the Michael J.
