In three weeks, local art-punk quartet Priests will drop their newest EP, Bodies and Control and Money and Power, on New Jersey’s Don Giovanni records. We got a peak at one of the tracks from the record—the slow-building, in-your-face political scree “Right Wing”—and now the band has released another song from the record.

Unlike “Right Wing,” “Doctor,” is a straight-up barn burner. Launching in with a dark, post-punk melody, the band jams before launching into a hell of a chorus, with singer Katie Alice Greer snarling “You put your fingers in other people’s mouths all day / Don’t you, doctor?” All the classic elements of a great Priests song.

Priests are playing a CD release show on June 2 at the Black Cat with The Shondes and Pink Wash.
