FILM: Free outdoor movies are back in NoMa. The 13-week outdoor film series, which will highlight the most “Unlikely Friendships,” kicks off with Back to the Future. (2nd and L streets NE) Movie begins at dark. Free.
VARIETY: The Wonderland Circus is also back, giving you another night full of comedy, music, and burlesque. Features three comedians, one musician, and one burlesque artist. The Wonderland Ballroom (1101 Kenyon Street NW) 8:30 p.m. Free.
YOUTUBE: It’s pretty easy to get your 15 minutes of fame on YouTube, but for some talented folk, fame lasts a lot longer than that. Tonight, some of YouTube’s best talent will perform live on stage at the Kennedy Center. John Legend, Lindsey Stirling, Les Twins, Playing for Change, Scott Bradlee & Postmodern Jukebox, and Mike Relm will perform. For those who can’t make the show or can’t get tickets, the show will be live streamed on (get this) YouTube. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (2700 F Street NW) 7:30 p.m. Free tickets (up to two per person) will begin being distributed at 6 p.m.
