Be warned, District drivers: Five new speed cameras will be deployed “on or about Wednesday, June 11.”

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the deployment locations below were picked because they’re places “where speeding has been identified to be a problem.” For the first 30 days of the new speed camera locations, offenses will receive “warning citations,” but after 30 days, MPD says they’ll start giving out moving citations to all violators.
