TUESDAY: If you ever wanted to open up a food truck, or just want to know what it’s like to open one, industree and the DMV Food Truck Association have got the event for you with: “Under the Hood: An Inside Look at the Food Truck Industry.” Takorean, Hula Girl, Crepe Amore, CapMac, and the soon-to-be-opened Dirty South Deli Truck will share their stories.
