We won’t try to answer the question the headline poses.

A mother pig and her piglets were vandalized at Green Meadows Petting Farm in Frederick County, Maryland, and a tortoise named Henrietta was taken. From WTOP:

Farmer and owner Ken Keyes says someone broke in between 9 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday and used veterinary antiseptic to spray the animals and walls. The blue-colored spray will not hurt the pigs but it will take some work to clean the sign, Keyes says.

Police have been notified.

The good news: The farm says they’ve received an outpouring of support.

We just have to say that we have the BEST fans and supporters. In less than an hour, we have had 275 shares that have reached over 10,000 people. Plus we have had 126 comments of support, offers of help and ideas to find Henrietta. What a way to turn our frown upside down! HUGE HUGE THANKS to all of you!!
