Have you visited the National Building Museum’s new maze exhibit yet? No? DCist went last week and, miraculously, did not get lost forever and perish. In fact, we made it through in about six minutes.
Although the maze may not be the biggest, most complicated labyrinth, it’s still a fascinating exhibit and architectural marvel designed by architect Bjarke Ingels. So, how did the crew behind the maze make Ingels’ design a reality? Well, this time-lapse video shows the construction of the 57 foot-by-57 foot maze in under a minute. That’s about 1/6th of the time it takes to get through it!
