The Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 12-year-old girl.

According to a release, 12-year-old Carmela Kelly Mack was last seen on July 16, around 9 p.m., in the 4200 block of 4th Street SE. She’s described as a black female, medium complexion, about 5’4″ to 5’6″ tall, thin build, with brown eyes, and black Mohawk-styled hair. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, brown pants, and black Jordan tennis shoes.
